Friends of Calverley Grounds was founded in 2012. The group has been led projects such as gardening (arranging planting days), agreed landscape plans with the council and has provided advice regarding public events such as Mela and the Food Festival.
Friends of Dunorlan Park was formed in 1997, celebrating its Silver Jubilee this year. The groups has over 400 members, and the group continues to contribute financially to projects within Dunorlan Park.
The Queen's Green Canopy tree planting initiative has been created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
