Adaptation
Our ambitions and progress:
- All vulnerable residents in the borough have signed up for local flood alerts by 2030.
Only 18% of properties at risk of flooding are signed up to flood warnings.
- Over 90% of residents and businesses are aware of local climate risk and how they can meaningfully adapt by 2030.
We will be looking to collect data on awareness of climate risk soon.
- TWBC has delivered a local climate adaptation strategy by 2030.
We have not yet developed an adaptation strategy.
